In other news…
My trip here to LA and the Emmys show tonight (I’ll try to keep posting through the show, but mostly on Instagram because it’s simpler to sneak using my phone) was sponsored by Dove. They invited a group of charm and fashion bloggers and other media representatives.
First, a beautiful breakfast this morning, where I learned about Dove’s new line o’ body washes (launching today, and you can get a totally free sample, BTW) and saw these lovable little omelets shaped like doves…
The new body washes build into a nice, sudsy lather. They’re also very moisturizing, which I thoroughly appreciated last night during my own personal #oneshowerchallenge…which is also a new Dove social media campaign. (Can you get softer, smoother skin after just one shower? Dove says you can with their new body washes.)
After breakfast I headed to something called the Dove Bling Bar, set up here in the hotel, and picked this cute cuff to wear with my…PINK DRESS!
Yes, I chose on the pink one.
Um…is it strange that I like this cuff because it’s kind of wonder Woman-y?

Now I’m just getting my makeup and my hair did for the show…
